Centered Health is Hiring a Clinical Director (FT) Near Agoura Hills, CA

Oversee a team of therapists at two beautiful adolescent residential treatment facilities while building experience as a leader in mental health!If you are an LCSW or LMFT with experience supervising associate level therapists with a collaborative approach, this position offers you a great career opportunity. You will work between the two facilities, which are about 20 miles apart, along a beautiful drive through the Malibu Hills. 
The pay range is $120,000 to $135, 000 annually, depending upon the experience you bring. 
In this role you will:

As the Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical operation and therapists. Your primary responsibilities will include the initiation, development, maintenance, evaluation, and modification of all clinical programs for the facilities. This position is directly responsible for client retention at the facilities. In addition to your supervision responsibilities, you will run multi-family groups at each location and cover for therapists as needed.
Specifically, you will:
  • Serve as a member of the organization's Management Team establishing expectations for the organization, coordinates efforts to meet these expectations, and solves problems hindering achievement of expectations. You will take responsibility for clinical treatment aspects of the organization’s functioning.
  • Work with the Management Team in clinical program development, implementation, and ongoing management of organization services.
  • Maintain and operate within the set budget regarding independent contractor hours.
  • Ensures the schedule is maintained and updated as necessary.
  • Oversees the therapists on-site.
  • Conducts 30-day, 90-day and annual formal evaluations for Therapists.
  • Lead weekly treatment meetings.
  • Collaborate with clinical, medical and operational staff to ensure quality care.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A master’s degree and CA LMFT or LCSW with licensure to supervise associate therapists.
  • 5 years' experience providing behavioral health services, including 2 years at a licensed level. 
  • Highly knowledgeable of modern behavior-modification principles and practices, as well as cognitive behavior management techniques.
  • Considerable knowledge of a variety of treatment modalities, allied disciplines involved in the evaluation, care and treatment programming for individuals in a residential program.
  • The ability to plan, coordinate, and adapt to a variety of treatment program activities to meet the specialized needs, abilities, and conditions of each participant.
  • Experience with assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of subordinate staff.
  • Willingness to interview, hire, train, and terminate staff.
  • Highly proficient with documentation and signing off on clinical documentation of staff.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
