Centered Health is Hiring a Facility Manager Near Moorpark, CA

Make an impact and grow your management skills in a key, highly rewarding role with an industry leader.This is a full-time exempt role working Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call for emergency issues.
Pay is: $70,000 to $80,000 annually depending on experience.
We are actively hiring for a Facility Manager for our residential property in Moorpark.
Reporting to the Executive Director you will oversee the entire property, including operations and maintenance, and ensure that everything is functioning for our clients.
In this role, you will:
  • Stocking office and household supplies, ensuring the best quality and value.
  • Reception work, including phones, emails, and running errands as necessary.
  • Maintaining clear lines of communication with on-site support staff, the Culinary team, the Clinical Office Manager, the Program Director, the Clinical Director, and the Executive Director.
  • Processing intakes, ensuring that all new residents have completed paperwork.
  • Providing tours of the property.
  • Processing invoices for both accounts payable and receivable.
  • Distributing and responding to mail.
  • Paying house bills, such as utilities, on time.
  • Overseeing the Assistant Facilities Manager, housekeepers, and other staff, walking the property daily to ensure it is "hotel ready" at all times.
  • Overseeing independent contractors, such as those maintaining our avocado groves and horse stables.
  • Overseeing transportation, including clearing drivers, ensuring vehicles are ready to go and driving residents in a company vehicle as needed.
  • Planning Saturday outings and prepping the correct amount of petty cash.
  • Scheduling all house maintenance, such as cleaning of gutters and carpets, plumbing, etc.
  • Balancing petty cash weekly.
  • Handling other duties as delegated.
Keys to success: You will need a strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage a heavy to-do list. You also should be able to effectively handle and navigate high-pressure situations as they present. Various departments will rely on you to complete vital tasks for day-to-day business to run smoothly.
You will bring to this role:
  • A bachelor's degree (ideally) or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience is required.
  • Strong, verifiable experience in service-based roles in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, property management, administrative/office management, etc.
  • A quality orientation, a high degree of empathy, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team player approach.
  • Solid organizational skills.
This position requires a valid California driver’s license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
