Center Point Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ
We are looking for a dental assistant who is enthusiastic to be in the field of dentistry.
If you are just starting out as a dental assistant, this would be a great fit for you. If you only have experience in certain aspects of dentistry but want to learn more, this will be a great fit for you as well. We will cross-train so that you are able to learn many aspects within the dental office. There is a team of patient and detailed staff who will help guide you along the way. If you are looking for a place with friendly, fun, hardworking co-workers, then this is the place for you. If you want 3 days weekends or want to be off on holidays, then this is the place for you.
This is a private office where you will not be overworked or silent. We schedule one patient at a time per provider instead of multiple patients in multiple columns. This is to ensure that the patients receive the best care, and the staff are not burnt out. In this private office setting, if you have suggestions, your opinion will matter, and changes can happen. We provide a work life balance culture to ensure your significant other are not forgotten at home. At the end of the day, we close out at the stated time so you can make it home to see your loved ones.
This will be a full-time job for Monday-Tuesday (9:00am-6:20pm), Wednesday (8:00am-5:00pm), and one Friday and Saturday at the beginning of each month. If you speak another language, we would love to have you. The only requirement is that you are RHS certified.
