The Assistant Clinical Director provides effective and efficient nursing care while achieving positive clinical results and resident/family satisfaction. The Assistant Clinical Director complies with the policies of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and delegates responsibilities in resident care to LPNs, Med Tech's and CNAs consistent with their capacity of practice.

Assistant Clinical Director Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinical Director with planning, organizing and directing the nursing department to ensure the delivery of high quality, efficient nursing care
• Assist with scheduling nursing staff to assure compliance with regulatory guidelines and operating budget
• Assist with staff education
• Audit medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and facility protocols

Required:

• LPN 
• Strong computer skills, including ability to make forms, presentations, and work within Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Nurse Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• PointClickCare Knowledge
