What You’ll Do:

  • Play a crucial role in building and maintaining a network of clientele who would benefit from Financial Planning services
  • Build your professional network through appointments, leveraging social media, attending industry events, seeking referrals, conducting seminars, and implementing effective marketing campaign.
  • Focus on selling estate planning, business succession, education planning, wealth and asset management, insurance & and special needs planning, and advanced market planning
  • Collaborate with our in-house Planning team to deliver world-class solutions and best-in-class financial outcomes for our clients
  • Complete any necessary licensing requirements to provide clients with comprehensive support

Your super-powers: (nice to have)

  • 1 years of professional experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or other transferrable industry domains or hungry to be a business development specialist in the financial planning space with a track record of success in sales
  • Comfortable handling objections and overcoming challenges during client interactions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, interested and excited to build a book of business
  • Ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, and family offices
  • Interest in building a team and/or mentoring others
  • You are considered a ‘closer’
  • Excellent people skills, ability to strike up a conversation anywhere with anyone.
  • Pressure player, lives for goal setting
