- Take new patient calls and schedule new patient appointments.
- Manage physician schedule.
- Meet with patients after consult to discuss surgery finances and scheduling options.
- Manage consultation process and patient experience.
- Schedule surgery and coordinate all aspects of patients surgery experience.
- Coordinate surgery financing and/or insurance authorizations.
- Manage social media efforts of the surgeon.
- Communicate patient needs with a physician.
- Be willing to perform additional tasks as needed.
- Ability to create a great customer/patient experience.
