General Summary:
A nonexempt position responsible for assuring the Botox clinics have the needed inventory, pulling product for each clinic and reconstituting product for each clinic. This position is equally responsible for DME fittings, primarily braces. Provides excellent customer service in a timely, accurate, courteous and professional manner.

Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Works with Inventory Specialist to assure Botox orders are complete and the needed product has been received for upcoming Botox clinics.
2. Works with Inventory Specialist to pull required product from inventory for each Botox clinic day.
3. Reconstitutes Botox the same day it will be used by the neurologist.
4. Accompanies patients to exam room, assists patients as needed with walking, preparing for exam, etc.
5. Reviews consent forms with patient and obtains signature.
6. Returns all unused Botox to Inventory Specialist for counting and restocking.
7. Accountable for checking Botox expiration dates.
8. Works closely with the Botox Coordinator and Neurophysiology Manager to assure Botox clinics run smoothly.
9. Works with Inventory Specialist to assure DME is appropriately stocked.
10. Schedules patient for DME fittings and fits each patient for required DME.
11. Scans all neurophysiology tests into the EHR system.
12. Cover other members of the team as needed.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician required.
Experience: Minimum two years of recent experience working in a medical facility or any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by the Electroneurodiagnostic Manager and/or Human Resources.

Work Environment: Position is in a well-lit office environment. Occasional evening and weekend work.

Mental/Physical Requirements: Involves sitting approximately 80 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder with light lifting (10-30 lbs.) occasionally required.
