Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Take and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer basic life support and first aid when necessary
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coding for insurance purposes
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent patient service
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coding for insurance purposes
- Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Basic life support certification is preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
