Position Summary:

Center for Family Services is seeking an outgoing, highly motivated, flexible and ambitious individual to fill the Program Supervisor position in the New Day Family Success Center. Family Success Centers are community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering places where community residents can go for family support, information, and services. Family Success Centers serve families in safe and supportive home-like environments designed to strengthen the family unit, build relationships, enrich the lives of community members, and make families and neighborhoods stronger. The Program Supervisor is a crucial member of the program and helps inspire and strengthen families and empower community members. Required schedule is is Mon- Sat varied schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting team strengths and weaknesses to management
• Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment
• Trains new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties
• Oversees work quality and verifies satisfactory meeting of company and regulation standards
• Creates an atmosphere centered on delivering superior customer service
• Maintains strong working knowledge of company products and services, and offers technical support
• Program planning, implementation and coordination of service activities
• Keeps accurate records and prepares reports for submission to funders
• Maintains a strong working relationship with community partners
• This position will act as a linkage between the Director of Community Services while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program
• 25% travel time for state meetings and training
• Assists other CFS Family Success Centers when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited college
• Additional education and previous experience in working with families and workforce development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ability to work well within a team environment
• Current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
