POSITION(S): Educational/Special Educational Assistant - Summer School Program (Part-Time/Temporary)

Six (6) Positions Available

LOCATION: Centennial Middle School

DATES: Training & Preparation: July 1, 2024

Summer School: July 8-26, 2024 (Monday – Friday)

HOURS: 6.5 Hours Per Day (7:30am - 2:30pm)

SALARY: Range 5 (Starting at $18.36 Per Hour for 2023-2024; 2024-2025 Hourly Rate Pending Union Negotiations)

 ***An honorarium of $10.00 per hour, in addition to an employee's regular rate of pay.***

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT/S: Provide support to the Summer School Program.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide instructional support for student engagement, skill acquisiton and fun.
• Assist with supervision of students for arrival, dismissal, and lunch/recess.
• Implement class and/or student specific plans.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

 These are part-time, temporary positions.
