Centennial Commons Apartments is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Saint Paul, MN
3-4 years experience required
Full time position
Monday - Friday 8-5
On-call rotation
Must have your own tools
Responsibilities/but not limited to:
-Plumbing
-Appliances
-Heating and A/C repairs
-Turnaround maintenance
-Preventative maintenance
-Lock changes
-Minor electrical repairs
-Additional responsibilities as directed
-Shoveling/Salting as a team in winter as needed
-Join a fun staff that works together
