Job Purpose:

The Product Implementation Specialist will provide a high standard of technical assistance and clear and precise onboarding experience for our customers. You will ensure that our customers have the most detailed information and knowledge concerning the implementation of their hotel on our various metasearch partners. The tasks are varied, depending on each customer's priorities, needs and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client expectations and ongoing communication.
• Coordination of assigned project work respecting objectives and timelines
• Capabilities to manage 50 implementation projects at the same time
• Configures Data by following all internal processes
• Synthesize customer requests to maximize the efficiency
• Oversee technical request with Booking Engines and API providers

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in management, marketing, hospitality, or statistics
• At least 1-3 years of experience in digital media, project/product management
• At least 1 year of Customer Support
• Knowledge of Hospitality software is a plus
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Ads, tracking software (Google Tag Manager), Sales force and Zendesk is recommended

• Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people.
• Ability to show initiative and autonomy.
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills

Work Timings:

Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and French Office and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 1 day work from office at Hyderabad.
