Overview: *
The Information Technology Analyst has the responsibilities for supporting the customer’s computer data communications systems, providing design specifications, testing and inspections for computer networks; plan and implementing upgrades; as well as, analyzing and organizing corresponding hardware and software combined solutions through network modeling. The Information Technology Analyst is a term that encompasses the following job titles. Individuals with experience in the following positions should apply here.

• Application Support Analyst
• Senior System Analyst
• Systems Analyst
• Systems Designer

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve incident tickets
• Implement standard network change requests
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs or upgrades
• Perform configuration management functions such as update topology drawings, ensure asset management records are accurate inventory
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Interacts with the client, contractors and vendors on the job site

Requirements:

• 7-16 years of relevant experience that can be a combination of both education and work experience
• Active TS/SCI with a polygraph required
• Familiarity of various operating systems such as Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS), Juniper JUNOS, Brocade and Foundry Operating System (OS)
