1 position available overseeing caseloads in Clearfield and Elk Counties (Harmony, Hyde, Ridgway and Saint Marys)

Hours

37.5 hours per week, 44 week pay (includes 42 weeks of work plus ten paid holidays)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework in early childhood education with early education teaching experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of tasks.
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight in child development, including curriculum fidelity, classroom observations, and behavior management.
• Establish and maintain family and community partnerships, including home visits and social service support.
• Promote parent engagement and health/safety/nutrition services in collaboration with the respective teams.
• Implement preventative mental health measures, including child observations and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in classrooms.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and participate in program evaluations.
• Provide classroom coverage as needed.
