Cellsite Solutions Llc is Hiring an Electrical Technician Near Rapids, IA

Description

CellSite Solutions is a national, industry-leading telecommunications equipment supply, installation, construction, and services firm. Providing turnkey solutions and best-in-class service for its customers while building lasting relationships with employees and customers alike!

Due to growth, we are adding Journeyman Electrical Technicians to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair all electronic equipment, components, and fixtures at our facilities and sites across the country. This position plays a key role in providing telecom equipment and facilities to our customer-specific specifications.

What you will be contributing:

  • Current Journeyman or Master Electrician license and expertise. Pay is commensurate with level of license.
  • A clean driving record and a Class-A CDL or the ability to acquire within 6 months of employment is required.
  • 50% travel is required for this position and is variable depending on workload.
  • Eagerness to lead and collaborate with a team of process-driven individuals installing and repairing electrical systems at telecommunications sites and inside equipment shelters.
  • Systems include 120/240VAC single phase, 120/208VAC 3-phase, 48VDC, and other low voltage and communications systems.
  • Willing to train apprentices in the field.
  • Ability to read blueprints and/or follow work orders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and use critical thinking skills to solve electrical problems
  • Challenge yourself to improve daily work to create efficient, safe results.
  • Proficient in pipe bending and use of test meters
  • Aptitude to use hand & power tools and safely operate a forklift, telehandler & aerial lifts.
  • We track job progress using tablets and smartphones. Knowledge of basic computer skills and smartphones/tablets is a must.
