CELLA is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Nashville, TN
Location: Nashville, TennesseeJob Type: Contract, 7-10 hours per weekCompensation Range: $20 - 25 per hourOur client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team!As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Manager of Operations and the Manager of Communications to support marketing and corporate strategic initiatives across all service lines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in graphic design, email marketing, and content creation.Client is open to remote/hybrid for right candidate.Responsibilities:Marketing & BrandingSupport the marketing, branding, and standardization of program initiatives.Develop unique content for Facility Management Services, including SharePoint sites for all divisions, corporate support sites, and project communications.Provide tactical support for the execution of all marketing plans, including graphic design and content maintenance for print projects.Create marketing content for educational materials, special announcements, and project/program initiatives.Lead the development and maintenance of PowerPoint presentation decks and digital libraries, including style guides, graphics, and content updates.Communication Strategy SupportUpdate communication templates for program changes and FMS SharePoint sites, including service line-specific team pages, monthly leadership meeting slides, news pages, events pages, resource page updates, corporate org chart updates, and socialization of the site.Monitor program rollout timelines for marketing content development and distribution.Ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines met for project requirements, program socialization, and SharePoint management.PeopleWork with cross-department teams to ensure compliance with company brand requirements and change management standards.Support Facility Management Services managers through presentations, collateral, and training webinars.Coordinate educational presentations and graphics for leadership meetings.Create internal reference guides on program or service line offerings.Assist with the socialization of open requisitions and updates to job postings in conjunction with HR.Other DutiesPerform other duties as assigned.Adhere to the company’s “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.”Qualifications:Experience level: Entry LevelHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED) – RequiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree – Preferred1-3 years of relevant technical experience – PreferredPreferred Skills and Experience:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.Experience with Canva.Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills.Background in marketing.
