**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. **Duties:** - Greet customers and assist them in finding products - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience - Process transactions accurately using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store - Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels - Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries - Promote and upsell products to meet sales goals **Requirements:** - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service - Knowledge of jewelry sales or willingness to learn - Proficiency in cash handling and operating a POS system - Strong organizational skills to manage stock and inventory - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus - Familiarity with technical sales is advantageous Join our team as a Sales Associate and be part of a vibrant retail environment where your skills and dedication will be valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
