Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. Duties: - Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service - Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Create and maintain a visually appealing store environment - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Maintain a safe and clean work environment Experience: - Previous experience in retail management is required - Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Proficient in math calculations for inventory management and sales analysis - Bilingual skills (multilingual preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers - Experience in wireless sales or related industry is a plus - Proven track record in training and development of staff members Skills: - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in retail math calculations for inventory management and sales analysis We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
