Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and perform regular stock checks
- Provide product recommendations and upsell additional items to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.20 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 39 per week
