Cell Phones for Less is the fasting growing Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless. Certifies as a Best Place to Work we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Manager to join our team in Brighton Beach NY.

As a Wireless Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wireless retail store. This includes managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

Your Role Here:
- Supervise and train sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create stellar customer experiences

-Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
-Help us bring to life the Cricket Brand in the communities that we serve

Compensation:
- Full Time 32-40hrs
-Starting $24.00 per hour, opportunity to early weekly and monthly commission

Qualifications:

- Retail / Sales Experience Preferred
- Leadership Experience at least 1 year
- Bilingual English/Russian Preferred
