POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting driver with delivering products to customers in a safe, accurate and timely manner to meet customer quality standards. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Timely and accurate product delivery to customers, following established procedures. 2. Assist driver in all aspects of delivery. 3. Guide/spot driver in backing or other vehicle maneuvers when needed. PERFORMANCE MEASURES: 1. Effectively assist and support the IFD Driver to ensure on-time and accurate delivery and excellent customer relations. 2. Consistently operate in a safe manner considering both personal and public safety. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 50-90 pounds occasionally. 2. Ability to bend, twist, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, & reach; ability to withstand temperature variations. 3. Be calm in nature under time pressure and stress. 4. Be of average or better speed and ability. 5. Efficiency in delivery of product. 6. Good communication skills. 7. Basic math skills. 8. Must pass security clearance required by customers.
