We are seeking novice and experienced Machine Operators - CNC Machinists for our state-of-the-art manufacturing partner.
8-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime, but not mandatory
Get paid weekly with competitive compensation, benefits, and paid time off
The Machine Operator is responsible for running CNC Mills or Lathes
Using a variety of precision measuring devices
Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications
Striving for continuous improvement
Ability to work in a cell structure operating 2-3 machines at a time
Assist in the decision-making process of future machine and tooling purchases
Meets with engineers to discuss potential machine problems
Maintain a clean work area
CNC Machinists - Machine Operators need to have the ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing
Attention to detail
Walk and stand for the entire shift
Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Required to occasionally lift to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area.
