Celerion is currently seeking a Market Research Assistant at our Raleigh, NC location. Our Raleigh location focuses on consumer opinion studies related to nicotine and tobacco products.

This position will work 30-40 hours per week and is eligible for benefits. We are looking for someone that can work between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday, based on business needs. There could be times where you are needed earlier or later.

As a Market Research Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations. Duties include entering and updating study information into computer systems, collecting and organizing panelist’s paperwork and documentation, and developing positive participant communications and relationships.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with great customer service, administrative skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Consumer / market research experience is preferred. Ability to work in required work environment, including but not limited to exposure to second hand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes on a daily basis. 

According to the Code of Virginia 18.2-371.2B, employees must be 21 years of age to work around tobacco products.
