Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the repair process is completed in a timely manner. Parts Advisor orders, receives, processes and monitors parts throughout the repair process. The Parts Advisor may also support sublet operation scheduling. This position will work closely with the Parts Manager, Service Advisors and Technicians.

Duties:

- Look up and locate parts using our inventory system and various resources

-Receive and check-in parts
- Provide accurate quotes and pricing information
- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in using cash registers, CMMS, POS systems, and Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
