JOB CONDITIONS:

• Work hours: Up to 40 hours per week – 9 AM TO 6 PM EST

• Work days: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week – depending on the circumstances, overtime may be required

• Work period: 12 months or more

• Location: Remote work. However, residency in the southeastern United States (SC, GA, AL, etc.) is required

• Note: Possibility of transitioning to on-site employment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support and project support for the manufacturing business under the direction of the VP of Manufacturing Innovation. As needed, the role may also serve as a POC for existing client operational services, working closely with relevant internal departments to provide Client Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Documentation Skill: Based on strong document drafting skills, report project progress and proposals to internal management and clients under the direction of the VP of Manufacturing Innovation Business Division

• Logical Thinking and Data Analytics: Logical thinking and data analysis skills to create proposals and service operations reports for clients and internal leadership

• Project Management: Develops, maintains, and monitors a detailed project schedule, tracks activities against the plan, providing regular reports/updates as appropriate. Ensures deliverables are met

• Project Support: Assist manufacturing ramp projects, actively participating in all phases of the project for new and existing accounts including spreadsheet for project milestones

• Administrative Support for Operations: Assist the overall management of manufacturing field including activities for manufacturing operations, recruitment, HR and accounting

• Change Management: Support change management for new hires and existing employees by updating data and information in multiple accounting, recruitment, and HR systems

• Meeting Assistance: Assist meetings and workshops with internal stake holders and clients under the direction of the VP of Manufacturing Innovation Business Division

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual Korean and English (verbal and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

• Written and oral communication skills with internal stake holders and clients

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. This will be tested during hiring interview

• Experience in market research, analytics, and operation for manufacturing industry. Logistics is preferred

• Understanding of performance evaluation and budgeting principles

• Prior experience in reporting key production metrics is preferred

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Strong decision-making acumen and a focused commitment to achieving results

• Disciplined, self-motivated and carries a keen analytical mindset

• Driven to learn and absorb information about our industry at a rapid pace

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• Experience or knowledge in the manufacturing and logistics field is preferred

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions

• Driving end-user/channel sales for a large region

• No restrictions for overseas business trips
