Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients
- Provide specialized care for seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those requiring dementia care

Skills:

- Experience in senior care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to cook nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Proficiency in medical documentation and recording vital signs accurately
- Capability to lift and transfer clients safely
