Project Details: Working on a Scrum Team in the Digital Banking group on a software integration solution
Must Have Skills:
1. Experience being hands on within a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) model
Running Linux-based Docker containers
Operations/Systems background with some development experience
Experience working in a Windows environment
2. Experience working with AWS or GCP Cloud technologies (GCP is preferred)
3. Experience working with Kubernetes & Terraform
4. Experience with GitOps &/or Flux
5. Understanding of the full SDLC & great communication
Nice to Have Skills:
Python experience
SQL Server experience
Experience with a cloud migration
Additional Details:
Most of the team lives in Omaha, Denver, and ATL, but this contract is fully remote
Team is comprised of 10 people currently
Day to day responsibilities:
Working in the Banking SW Engineering group on a scrum team
Moving a data center to AWS Cloud and deploying Kubernetes
Running Docker containers and developing Spring Boot microservices to help with the Cloud migration
Working on Linux-based Docker containers and a partial Windows environment
Building pipelines and integrating data
