CeDent is Hiring a Release Manager (Boston, MA) Near Boston, MA

We have a need for a Release Manager who will be responsible for all activities associated with releases. Will coordinate with the development team and various work streams. Will open a team chat during each release and communicate any issues to the appropriate individuals as they are occurring and will schedule calls as appropriate to resolve the issues. Will be responsible for managing the back-up plan when needed and any required changes in direction during the release cycle.

Required Skills -·

- Release and Deployment DevOps Mastery i.e. Application Release Automation (ARA).
· Experience working with major Release Automation tools.
· Experience managing Release for Cloud Solutions.
· Experience with Governance and Compliance

Job Duties -

This is an Enterprise-wide Release and Deployment (R&DM) Role. We require this individual to manage and govern the Release and Deployment process for the enterprise and drive adoption.

Key Deliverables:
· SME for Release and Deployment Management
· Supervise ongoing Governance and Compliance work
· Perform Discovery Work of Agile methodology i.e. (Scrum) for Release and Deployment
Management to define the Processes, People, Tools and Technologies to enable this capability
· Work with Service Now for ongoing Product Dev. to meet end-user/process needs.
· Define the Integration between Testing and Release Management Process and Tools.
· Definition of Cost of Quality
· Help define and improve business value of service

Job Requirements -

We are looking for professionals who have Release and Deployment Management Experience, ITIL Service Transition Mastery and is well versed on R&DM industry best practices. This individual must have prior experience working on enforcing Policies and governance.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others
· Ability to work collaboratively across functions and suppliers
· Experience working with major Release Automation tools.
· Experience managing Release for Cloud Solutions.
· Experience with Governance and Compliance
