- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of experience in Software Development, using modern technologies and frameworks in either Java or Node.js and cloud-based development
- 5 years in a lead engineering role responsible for architecture and design decisions and hands on engineering experience focused on delivering enterprise scale systems
- Strong skills in team leadership and building positive relationships across Product, Architecture, and Engineering, and ability to influence decisions and changes across loosely coupled teams
- Ability to define solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
- Experience working with Agile frameworks, processes, and teams
- Deep professional experience with cloud engineering technologies and serverless design
- Experience in microservice architecture, domain driven design, and RESTful APIs using languages such as Java or Node
- Experience with NoSQL data stores
- Experience with automated testing, automated deployment pipelines and continuous delivery
- 8 years of experience in Software Development, using modern technologies and frameworks in either Java or Node.js and cloud-based development. 2. 5 years in a lead engineering role responsible for architecture and design decisions and hands on engineering experience focused on delivering enterprise scale systems. 3. Experience working with Agile frameworks, processes, and teams.
- Prior professional working experience with Pega.
