Project Details:
Must Have Skills:
1. Prior experience with content management systems/rich text editors is required (No preference on previous CMS experience)
2. Prior experience with translating content between disparate systems
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and superior organization skills

Education/Certification Requirements:
Additional Details: Attention to detail is critical, need to be organized, this position is good for somebody who is aspiring to be a web developer, this role is purely content authoring
Day to day responsibilities:

Create and manage the content migration plan and schedule for assigned area from our current intranet environment to our new Contentful CMS environment
Carry out and complete that migration plan to a very high standard of accuracy and in compliance with the content governance and editorial protocols
Create and migrate our content (via copy/paste) to new Contentful site pages, news articles and other content templates using rich text editor fields
Responsible for adhering to a high level of accuracy and application of metadata and taxonomy classifications within the new environment for accurate publishing and ongoing searchability
Actively liaise with internal content owners from assigned area for the migration and publication of their content
Act as the content migration expert and point-person for content owners and lead the migration efforts for assigned area to ensure we meet the project's deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve content, technology issues as they arise during the design, development and testing of the content management system
Train and support internal content owners from assigned area on the publishing process for their content in Contentful
