This is a Per Diem (as needed) position to working in the Operating Room as a Anesthesia Tech

We are currently looking for an experienced, PRN Anesthesia Tech to join our surgical team!

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the licensed anesthesia provider in various settings
• Performs duties under the direction of the perioperative registered nurse and/or licensed anesthesia provider
• Provides support of the anesthesia provider by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of patient equipment and anesthesia delivery systems
• Performs first-level maintenance on anesthesia machines and cleans, sterilizes, and maintains routine anesthesia equipment
• Assists nurse manager in areas delegated
• Facilitates schedule with the OR and Anesthesia to provide efficient flow and completion of surgery schedule
• Represents the department in all aspects of customer service

Qualifications

• Current AHA BLS certification required
