The Ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a strong ability to connect with others. Candidate must be likable and exude confidence.

Responsibilities: 

Community Outreach: Engage with local organizations, community groups, and healthcare partners to promote awareness of our skilled nursing facility.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to connect with potential residents, families, and referral sources.

Digital Marketing: Assist in managing social media platforms, creating content, and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence.

Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team & facility leadership to ensure a seamless transition for prospective residents and their families.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
