- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations

Skills:
- Strong schedule management skills to effectively coordinate activities and events for residents
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices to provide support and assistance to residents in need
- Experience in nursing home a MUST, with a thorough understanding of the unique needs of elderly individuals
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff members, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to plan and organize events that cater to the interests and preferences of residents
