Kings Dominion is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist supporting the Workforce Management strategy and based in Doswell, VA. This position will serve as the project leader and change champion supporting our workforce management time and attendance platform. This position will serve as the functional expert for the system and be responsible for system upkeep and user training. They will be responsible for the forecasting and reporting of staffing needs. The position will forecast and report on business metrics and directs the scheduling process to ensure that the appropriate staffing requirements are met for the park. The position will oversee all compliance and work with Internal Audit, HR, and payroll to ensure all policies and procedures are upheld.
