Monitor and enforce food handling policies and procedures. Conduct a variety of audits and ensure protocols, processes, records and reports are maintained and communicated.

• Audit locations and employees using several methods designed to assist in training employees and improving food handling policies.
• Conduct retraining for employees according to established guidelines.
• Conduct audits of Food and Beverage Warehouse.
• Accurately enter data into Food Operations database.
• Keep all work and storage areas clean to meet local and state sanitation guidelines.
• Provide information and assistance to employees both over the telephone and in person.
