Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred, with a minimum requirement of a CDA (Child Development Associate Certificate)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with kindergarten readiness standards and promote the development of cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, exploration, and independence.
• Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor each child's progress and development, and provide ongoing feedback to parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
