CED is Hiring a Sales Trainee Near Green, WI

We are actively seeking exemplary self-starter candidates to join CED's competitive Sales Training Program!

CED’s Sales Training program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking outside sales positions in an evolving industry. Sales Trainees are taught every aspect of CED’s business in order to manage their own sales accounts upon completion of the training.

On-the-job training lasts for 2-3 years and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, back office operations, financial statements, purchasing, inside sales, project management, inventory management and outside sales. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management.

While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to electrical systems, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary, we give you the tools you need to know to be successful with CED. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, posses and entrepreneurial mindset, and thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry.

Job location will be in Green Bay, WI throughout your training and completion of this program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree
  • Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)
  • Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program

TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE:

$50,000-$65,000 Annually
