CNC Laser Operator required in Dallas, TX.

We need a CNC Laser Operator to cut materials with precision using CO2 Laser machines. Main tasks include loading programs, maintenance, and quality checks. Experience with "G Code" is a must, and familiarity with MasterCAM is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CO2 Laser system.

Load programs and conduct focus tests for optimal performance.

Maintain equipment by cleaning lenses and performing minor maintenance tasks.

Be able to read and understand “G Code” and make minor adjustments to programs at the controller.

Conduct quality control checks on finished parts.

Cross train for other manufacturing roles.

Experience with plasma tube cutting is a plus.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of laser operation experience.

Proficiency in setting up and operating CO2 Laser systems.

Knowledge of gas mix, nozzle selection, and lens maintenance.

Ability to read and understand "G Code" programming.

MasterCAM software experience preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Shift Monday – Friday 6:30AM – 2:45PM

Pay: Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
