CDG Management LLC-California Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Receptionist (Mondays only) Near Upland, CA

Who We Are:

At California Dental Group, our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of youth and adults by offering the highest-quality dental care in a private-office atmosphere. This philosophy comes from our CEO Dr. Kamran Sahabi, a leading general and cosmetic dentist in Los Angeles. Currently we operate 9 Offices all around LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside County.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Part-time Dental Receptionist to work in our Upland Office. Our candidate must have a friendly and inviting personality, great customer service, and a desire to help our patients. Ability to work in a busy and fast pace environment is required. Fluent in Spanish is a must.

Schedule:

Part-time: Every Monday and one Saturday out of the month.

Pay:

$20-$23 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

Benefits:

We offer Dental and Sick Pay to our part-time employees.

Responsibilities:

The Dental Receptionist will help us with daily office and clerical tasks, ensuring that the office operations run smoothly, are successful in supporting other business activities and add maximum value to the organization.

You should be organized, competent and comfortable dealing with people. We also expect you to possess phenomenal communication skills and be able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. Our new team member should be:

  • Able to manage daily patient schedule
  • Able to answer incoming phone calls professionally

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Dental Office environment (Required)
  • Dental Knowledge (Required)
  • Fluent in Spanish (Required)
  • Ability to explain Financial Information (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Ability to utilize Dental Cloud-Based Software (Training available if necessary)
