Job Title: Branch Manager - CCS Facility Services

Summary of Duties:

As the Branch Manager at CCS Facility Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our facility management operations. Collaborating closely with the senior management team, you will proactively communicate and ensure compliance with all reporting and operational requirements. Your primary focus will be on driving exceptional internal and external customer experiences and fostering the development of our people.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Oversee and optimize service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations in a 24/7 environment.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster strong client relations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account management team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Oversee branch functions including payroll and billing.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to expand market presence.
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) required.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within facility management or related service industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management.
  • Influential and people-focused leader with a commitment to employee development.
