Responsibilities:

• Act as project manager for any account directly sold or assigned by Director of Consulting or CEO.
• Ensure timely submission of CIVs for projects managed, or others as assigned.
• Defining the project scope, project plan, time frames and the required resources.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Follow CCP Global implementation methodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer’s unique business needs.
• Consulting services as needed for project support, whether directly assigned to project or as SME.
• Coordinate with Systems Integration to ensure all client requirements can be met.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies.
• Support the processes, and procedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships with project stakeholders at multiple levels and multiple locations vital to the success of the project.
• Account Management

• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers or any other client accounts assigned.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
• Ensures clients are receiving requested products and services in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred
• Minimum of ten years of Project Management experience in cloud software solutions
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client facing skills
• Ability to travel when required for projects or sales efforts
• PM Certification preferred
