Community Information :

Extremely family-friendly, this community features 20 different neighborhood parks. This equates to about one for every 100 families and includes basketball courts, picnic areas and shaded tot lots.

The aquatic center features a 7,000 square-foot pool with a giant shade structure, splash pad and clubhouse with kitchen.

Situated in an emerging part of town, the community is close to shopping, restaurants and a new charter elementary school.

Ironwood Crossing is fully built out at 2,147 homes.

What you’ll accomplish :

• Checking in residents and guests to the pool
• Monitoring and enforcing pool rules and policies, including engaging an emergency action plan if necessary
• Ensuring pool facility is clean, organized, and well maintained
• Supporting staff during community events
• Extending top-notch service to residents and guests
• Providing community information and offering assistance as needed

What we’re looking for :

• Customer service experience
• Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
• CPR certification preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
