Do you thrive in a service-oriented environment where you are part of a collaborative team? Do you have a keen eye for detail?

We’re CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities. Our vision of inspiring a resident-centric focus is brought to life by our core values: Integrity, Respect, Service and Community.

The primary goal of the Community Standards Associate is to support the community standards team with a common goal of preserving and enhancing property standards.

About the Community:

Just west of Katy and Houston, meandering streams, Texas wildflowers, thousands of trees, and rolling open space define the landscape of Cross Creek Ranch, one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities. Cross Creek Ranch is a 3,200-acre community known just as much for its commitment to the environment as it is for its variety of homes, on-site schools, and impressive slate of planned amenities, such as water parks, tennis courts, a dog park, sports fields and more than 60 miles of hike-and-bike trails. A growing retail corridor anchored by H-E-B and the opening of the Texas Heritage Parkway put shopping, dining, employment, and entertainment within easy reach

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Performing a variety of administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks
  • Offering information, assistance, and materials to new and existing homeowners
  • Educating homeowners with regards to modification applications and governing documents

  • Assisting with compliance inspections
  • Processing and tracking violations
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Responding to homeowner phone calls and emails

What we’re looking for:

  • One year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone demeanor
  • Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills that include a working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk long distances over diverse terrain
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance – standard mileage reimbursement provided
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Wellness program
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Company-matching 401k contributions
  • Paid vacation, holiday, and volunteer time
  • Company-paid Short-term Disability
