CC Industry, LLC is a medium-sized, growth-oriented indoor grow located in Cathedral City, CA. We are based in the largest cannabis facility in California. We are a start up with a commited team that is driven to succeed.

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing logistics, supply chain, procurement, and materials management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and maintaining efficient processes. Responsibilities: - Oversee logistics and supply chain management, including inventory control, transportation, and distribution - Manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods - Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track inventory levels and forecast future needs - Develop and implement materials management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs - Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations - Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them - Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices - Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that arise Skills: - Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and procurement management principles - Proficiency in using MRP systems to manage inventory and forecast demand - Familiarity with materials management techniques to optimize efficiency - In-depth understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations - Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement activities - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
