- Responsibility for general lobby appearance, cleanliness and safety
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors
- Familiar with the Health Center services and provide direction and assistance for patients and visitors
- Facilitate smooth traffic flow of patients and visitors
- Assist patients and visitors with elevator service
- Receive parcels and facilitate delivery to the various departments
- Familiar with Emergency protocols and participate when indicated
- Oversee parking lot traffic and maintain cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned
