As a Lead Maintenance Technician , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our commercial properties. Your expertise in maintenance tasks, leadership abilities, and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining a safe, functional, and appealing environment for tenants and visitors.
Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Leadership :
   • Provide guidance and leadership to maintenance staff.
   • Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of work.
   • Oversee maintenance activities related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical systems, and drywall repair and painting.
2. Building Maintenance :
   • Perform routine checks and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
   • Inspect properties to assess maintenance needs and ensure quality workmanship.
   • Address carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs promptly.
3. Electrical Maintenance :
   • Lead electrical maintenance and reliability activities for manufacturing process equipment (extruders, mixers, conveyors, blowers, pelletizers, tanks, pumps, motors).
   • Troubleshoot electrical devices in operation.
4. Plumbing Expertise :
   • Handle routine to complex plumbing duties, such as installing, repairing, and replacing pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
   • Unclog sinks and toilets, repair faucets, and address pipe issues.
5. Carpentry Skills :
   • Demonstrate excellent all-around carpentry skills.
   • Perform repairs and maintenance related to carpentry tasks.
6. Team Collaboration :
   • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations.
   • Foster efficient maintenance projects and operational functions.
   • Serve as a conduit for technical and maintenance information within the operations group.
7. Record Keeping :
   • Maintain accurate records, reports, and evaluations reflecting building maintenance conditions.

Qualifications

• Education : Relevant degrees such as Associates and High School Degree in Technical, Education, Associates, Industrial, Electronics, Supervision, or Technology.
• Certifications : Possess any relevant certifications, such as HVAC, EPA, ASE, CFC, II, MOT, CDL, I&C, CPO, or BOC.
• Skills :
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
  • Computer literacy.
