Real Estate Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors with enthusiasm, making a lasting, positive impression of Touchstone Living with every customer

· Register all customers visiting the community and collect complete visitor information

· Answer phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner

· Maintain appearance of model homes, ensuring they are show-ready

· Complete opening and closing of model homes

· Assist the Sales Team in coordinating appointments

· Serve as back-up for Sales Consultants and Sales Associates to help answer customer questions about the community

· Utilize company systems successfully, including contracts system and CRM

· Prepare and distribute required forms and reports in an accurate and timely manner

· Assist Sales Team with administrative work including but not limited to ordering office supplies and creating closing packets

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Real Estate License Required

· No experience required, but 1-3 years of similar experience preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills including grammar and spelling

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel

· Team-player

· Professional attitude, appearance, and presentation

Full-Time (32 hours, 4-day work-week)

· This position does work weekends

· Reports to the Director of Sales
