As a Clinic-Based BC(a)BA, you'll be part of a team that values fun, compassionate, naturalistic early intervention that will set the stage for our client’s later learning experiences.
Primary Purpose: As a Clinic-Based BC(a)BA, you will be a part of our early intervention team. Our program consists of both individual and group treatment for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will have the opportunity to provide ongoing supervision and support for our Registered Behavior Technicians as they provide group and individual direct service. You will also work closely with families as you walk them through the intake process, provide high quality training, and support by coordinating care with school teams and other providers.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting client intakes: interviewing caregivers, client observation, administering assessments for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Creating individualized service plans which include treatment goals and modalities.
  • Creating behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Analyze data and implement/adjust interventions.
  • Conduct FBA’s, FA’s, indirect assessments, and criterion-based assessments.
  • Supervise RBT’s working with clients.
  • Provide feedback and ongoing training to RBT’s.
  • Provide training to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate care with other school and medical providers.
  • Create plans for fading RBT support, generalization, and maintenance.
  • Attend group meetings.
  • Collaborate with peers.
  • Provide feedback and ideas for how to better serve our clients.
Requirements:
  • A passion for early intervention.
  • Experience training, supporting, and building positive professional relationships with RBTs.
  • Ready to guide and support caregivers through the ABA process.
  • BC(a)BA certification and licensure.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Primary Purpose: As a School-Based BC(a)BA, you will be providing behavior intervention and support for students ages 3-21 in the school setting. This setting will provide you with the opportunity to work with teachers and administrators with a focus on stabilization and building capacity within our school districts. You will also have the opportunity to provide ongoing supervision and support for our Registered Behavior Technicians, conduct FBAs/FAs, and create behavior plans. Our ultimate goal is always to empower students and teachers by giving them the tools they need for success and systematically fade our supports.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting client intakes: reviewing client documents, interviewing school team, client observation, administering behavior assessments
  • Creating individualized behavior intervention plans which include FBA results, behavioral objectives, replacement behaviors, antecedent strategies, and fade plans
  • Creating skill acquisition programs for replacement behaviors and supporting documents for behavior plans
  • Completing monthly progress reports
  • Analyze data and implement/adjust interventions
  • Conduct FBAs, FAs, indirect assessments, and criterion-based assessments as needed
  • Supervise RBT’s working with directly clients
  • Provide feedback and ongoing training to RBTs
  • Provide training to stakeholders
  • Coordinate care with other school professionals, teachers, and medical providers
  • Create plans for fading RBT support, generalization, and maintenance
  • Attend periodic company meetings
  • Attend monthly department meetings
  • Schedule and attend team meetings
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors
  • Complete quality self-evaluations
  • Provide feedback and ideas for how to better serve our clients
