CBPG Real Estate is Hiring a Real Estate Assistant Near St. Louis, MO

MARKETING

  • Coordinate with receptionist to have postcards created - to be sent out no later than a week after closing
  • Obtain bulk mailing list for postcards through tax records or other resources
  • Create marketing materials for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly campaigns/newsletter for each realtor catered to their needs. Newsletter done quarterly and yearly
  • Create monthly packets
  • Monthly updates of client calendar
  • Create marketing pieces for future use
  • Create and order quarterly FARM and past client mailing content
  • Update FARM area records bi-annually
  • Perform annual end of year market analysis
  • Update agents websites

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Create content for weekly or bi-weekly social media posts
  • Schedule holiday campaign
  • Schedule daily properties for market focus
  • Highlight current listings and open houses
  • Highlight just closed properties monthly or weekly
  • Post one social/personal event weekly
  • Boost posts on social media
  • Update website profiles

CRM MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure CRM is continuously updated
  • Milestones are uploaded and sent to the client:
  • 1 week/ 1 month/ 3 month/ 6 month/ 9 month and 1 year anniversary of client purchasing home, annually thereafter.
  • Contacts from each source/lead generation are updated
  • Add prospects to requested systems and set up weekly, monthly and holiday campaigns

PROSPECTING

  • Obtain phone numbers for expired and FSBO listings.
  • Every Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday look for open houses within the brokerage so that agent can hold open for Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday

LISTINGS/SELLERS

  • Schedule photography
  • Input listing details, manage listing documents, obtain supra, lockbox, keychain and put on property
  • Change yard rider based on listing status
  • Make sure “Listing Checklist” is complete
  • Complete seller “Under Contract Checklist” and send to client
  • Update listing status on MLS
  • Purchase and assemble closing gifts for clients - business credit card to be provided
  • Assemble closing book for sellers and mail if needed
  • Mail out reviews within a week of closing

TRANSACTIONS/BUYERS

  • Follow “Buyer’s Checklist”
  • Complete buyer “Under Contract Checklist” and send to client
  • Purchase and assemble closing gifts for clients - business credit card to be provided
  • Assemble closing book for buyers and mail if needed

TRANSACTION COORDINATION

  • PLUS TO HAVE TRANSACTION COORDINATION EXPERIENCE
  • Electronic signature experience a major advantage
  • Manage transaction from acceptance to close
  • Update TIP sheet daily
  • Communicate with all parties, i.e. listing/buying agent, lender, inspectors, title and keep agent updated on all activities pertaining to contract
  • Provide agent with weekly updates on all transactions - contingency deadline reminders, i.e. EM due date, inspection notice and loan commitment, should be provided to agent at least 3 days prior.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Attend sales meeting twice a month
  • Attend 3 consecutive months of company training
  • Submit offers if agent is on vacation, with guidance from the agent

Subject to change as needed to help agents with growing businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Experience level:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
