Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

We currently seek and EMT for our Phoenix, Central City location.

We are looking for individuals who are both state and nationally certified EMTs with a strong grasp of medical skills and some experience directly related to behavioral health. The EMT works as part of a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment, and triage. Applicants should possess good clinical documentation skills and the ability to work within a fast paced behavioral health environment. Entry level EMT candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills/ Requirements:

• AZ EMT Certification
• Good working knowledge of medical skills
• Experience in recovery from substance use and/or mental health is a plus
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus
• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age to meet the minimum age requirement to work at a CBI facility.
